Description:
A light and flavorful tarte made with a gluten-free crust, filled with soft almond frangipane and our own homemade seasonal fruit jam. Depending on the season, we use berries, stone fruits, or other fresh produce at their peak. Some versions also include a layer of silky vanilla pastry cream for extra richness. Fresh, fruity, and perfectly balanced—ideal for a quick treat or a small celebration.
