A tropical creation with a coconut dacquoise base, layered with mango jam, silky mango crémeux, and a light coconut–Valrhona Opalys white chocolate mousse. Finished with a whipped coconut ganache and a smooth white-and-yellow velvet coating, this cake is delicate yet full of exotic flavor.
