Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut:
Ingredients:
- 200 g Glutinous Rice
- 250 g Coconut Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 pinches of Salt
- 1 pc Mango
- 300 g Water
Method:
Soak the glutinous rice in 200 ml of water for an hour.Mix coconut milk with the sugar and salt and warm up until they are dissolved.When the time is up for the rice add half of the coconut milk mixture and bring to a boil on medium heat.When it’s boiling, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes.When the time is up turn off the heat but leave it covered for another 12-15 minutes. Add the rest of the coconut milk mixture.
