Gluten Free Waffle

Gluten Free Waffle:

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Gluten Free Flour
  • 15 gr Baking Powder
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 100 gr Melted Butter

Method:

Mix the milk with the eggs first, then mix all the dry ingredients together as well. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix it well so batter becomes lump free. Add the melted butter and a pinch of salt.


Tips:

  • This will be a thick batter.
  • We used Mantler-Mühle gluten free flour mixture.
  • You can brush the waffle iron with oil.
