Strawberry Crumble

Strawberry Crumble:

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Strawberry
  • 125 g Almond Flour
  • 95 g Brown Rice Flour
  • 30 g Cornstarch
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter

Method:

Cut off the ends of the strawberry then wash and cut them. Sprinkle the strawberry into a greased baking dish. In a separate mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the dry ingredients for the crumble topping. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until the dough starts to come together. You can mix it by hand or use a stand mixer.

You don't need to fully combine the dough; it should remain crumbly. Once the dough is ready, evenly crumble it on top of the strawberries.

Bake at 170-180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes until the crumble topping turns golden brown.

Serve with freshly whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla cream.
